SENATE BILL NO. 116 "An Act relating to the Uniform Money                                                                       
Services Act, to money transmission services, and to currency                                                                   
exchange services; and providing for an effective date" which had                                                               
been moved to the bottom of the calendar (page 1142) was read the

Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page                                                                
1109. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 116(FIN) was

Senator Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                                             
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
